In the event of a computer crash, you would need to submit to have your serial number released. Ryonet unfortunately does not have the capabilities to release your serial numbers to allow them to be active on another device. To have your serial number released, you will need to submit a help ticket with the manufacturer directly.
If you're not certain what your serial number is, follow one of the scenarios from below-
A- Purchased PRIOR to March 2015. Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, number, and email address, requesting your serial number. Once you have your serial number, you will need to submit a ticket with the manufacturer (Freehand Graphics) here- http://www.softwareforscreenprinterstech.com/submit
B- Purchased in or AFTER March 2015. You will need to log onto www.softwareforscreenprinters.com to access your account and locate your serial numbers. Ryonet will have no record of serial numbers from this date on. Once you locate your serial number under My Account, you'll be able to submit a help ticket from this link- http://www.softwareforscreenprinterstech.com/submit
