Riley Hopkins bracket installation instructions
|STEP 1. Find center line of bracket, please note that the center line of the bracket is not in the actual center of the bracket due to the offset bolt on the side of the bracket.||Step 2. Clean bracket with some type of degreaser like C60, lacquer thinner, or Sprayway Glass Cleaner.
|Step 3. Cut about 1/2 - 3/4 inch of tape provided with bracket.||Step 4. Apply tape under the bracket at the end of the bracket near the screw hole as seen in this picture. (Remember to leave the backing on the outside of the tape.) Apply tape to all four corners.|
|Step 5. Find center of pallet by using a T Square, tape measure, or yard stick. Be sure to find the true center of pallet depending on the size of your pallet. Once center is found, mark with a pen or sharpie.||Step 6. Measure (4) inches from the bottom of bracket and place bracket onto pallet so that center line of bracket aligns to the center mark you have made on the pallet.|
|Step 7. Using preferably a T-Square, alight your bracket so that it is centered and square to the pallet. Make alignment marks around the bracket so that you know where to set the bracket once you are ready to attach.||Step 8. Peel off back side of tape.|
|Step 9. Place bracket in the pre marked attachment area and screw in screws using a power screw driver or drill.||
