Cut off Yorker cap with a utility knife to make a small hole first. Make larger if needed.
Run a bead of glue along the center of your gluing surface, holding the glue bottle in one hand and your paddle in the other hand. Spreading glue with paddle evenly over surface to be glued.
Spray accelerant evenly over the glued area. Let it stand for 10-15 seconds.
Screen Prep and Drying:
The frames will have best adhesion results if they are sand blasted on the glue surface rather than ground.
Also, it would help a great deal if the frames were cleaned with screen degreaser, rinsed, and dried with a very clean oil and dirt free cloth prior to gluing. You should let the frame air dry in a dust free environment for a few hours before gluing as well.
It is also best to glue in low humidity. 30%-40% is acceptable. Any higher, and there could be problems.
