Ryonet's Cooling Fan Bank is made for conveyor dryers with 54"-58" wide belts, allowing you to cool your shirts down as they exit the dryer. This article will take you through the steps to install your cooling fan bank correctly.

4 qty - 5/16 -18 Flanged Whiz nut
8 qty - 5/16 USS Flat washers
4 qty - 3/8 -3/4 Hex Cap Screw
4 qty - 3/8 SAE Flat Washer
8 qty - #8 or #10 ½” to ¾”Phillips Head Self-tapping Screws
1 qty - Power drill with Phillips driver
Cooling Fan installation instructions
Step 1. On the Exit side of the Conveyor Dryer set the cooling fans so that it is straddling the belt and each of the supports of the cooling fans are setting on the conveyor dryers Belt supports.
Step 2. On the Fan supports locate the four holes (two of which are on the side and two are on the top of each support. as seen in the diagram below) Then Check inside of the conveyor’s belt supports to see if there is any obstructions that a screw may hit. If there is any obstructions move fans to avoid hitting those obstructions
Step 3. When free of obstructions use drill and self-tapping screws to attach fans to conveyor.
Step 4. Connect Left and Right side Swivel support to the Fan bank using the 3/8 x ¾” hex cap screw with 3/8 SAE flat washer. (The Left and Right side Swivel supports are a mirrored part; they look exactly the same but opposite from each other. The flat side of each parts sits flush against the fan bank.
Step 5. Once the swivel supports are attached to the fan bank. Set the fan bank on the the lower supports that is already attached to your conveyor dryer. Then use 5/16 x ¾” Hex bolts with 5/16 flat washers and whiz nuts to connect upper and lower fan supports
