To check your ink levels on a PC, you will want to do one of the following to get to your print queue:
- Windows 8 & 10: Click on your Windows Icon to go to your list of apps. From there, begin typing in "Devices and Printers," to pull up your printer queue. You do not have to have your search bar selected, you may simply begin typing.
- Windows 7: Click your Start Menu icon and select Devices and Printers.
- Windows Vista: Click your Start Menu icon, select Control Panel, and click Printers under Hardware and Sound.
- Windows XP: Click your Start Menu Icon and select Printers and Faxes. (Alternatively, open your Control Panel, select Printers and Other Hardware, and Printers and Faxes.)
From that menu, right click on your product name, and then select Printing Preferences from the menu that appears. Select your product name again, if necessary. Your ink levels should be shown similarly to this:
