Q: Hey I did a run with white Plasisal ink cured it under flash dryer tell it was 325º my customer washed it and the ink started flaking off? Do you have any ideas what could be happening
A: With white ink, due to its thickness and also depending on how thick you lay it down, you will want to make sure you're curing at least between 330-340 degrees. This should take you about a minute with the flash 3 inches above the garment. The ink washing out is a sign that it's been under cured. For the future, we always recommend to do a test print and wash test prior to starting production, to ensure your curing parameters are correct.
