Curing Ink With An Oven

    I know this post is old, but how can you control the temperature for the oven if curing the plastisol ink? I would assume the temperature in the oven would increase past 232 degress C if you leave it, thus scorching the ink and the garment.

    Hi Miguel,

    As with any curing option, you would want to have a laser temp gun to temp the suface of the ink when curing and test.  This is what we have been able to test to get a good cure, but every oven will be different, as well with garments used and ink thickness.  Let us know if you have any further questions.
