Nothing happening when you try to print?
AccuRIP is very easy software to install and manage. Being a driver based RIP the most important thing is that the driver is properly configured to the printer. AccuRIP will setup the driver properly as long as the user has selected the proper connection in the SETUP. Some users manually change ports settings which creates issues and confusion. So we say "when in doubt, wipe it out". This is the best way to ensure a proper connection.
Be sure you are using the latest version of AccuRIP Black Pearl. You may check for updates the Support tab in AccuRIP. If an update is available, you will be able to select the Install Software Update.
From your System Control Panel or System Preferences delete the AccuRIP to Epson driver and your Epson driver.
Unplug the printer USB cable from the computer and leave unplugged.
* Restart your computer and printer.
Go onto www.epson.com to your printer's product page and download the printer driver. During the download process, you will be prompted to plug in the USB. Once the software is properly installed, perform test print to ensure your software is properly working.
Open AccuRIP and from the File Menu choose Run Configuration Wizard and follow on screen prompts to configure your software to your Epson printer. Once a test print is properly printed, open up your art software and draw a square. Print this via your AccuRIP to Epson printer option. Once this square prints, you are free to print any artwork through the AccuRIP software.
