Is 55 seconds the maximum to achieve full cure? Anything beyond 55 seconds will it burn the shirt? Thanks

It typically takes 45-55s.  Depending on the height you have your dryer at, that can vary.  That's why you always want to use a laser temp gun to ensure you get to the proper temp and so you can avoid burning your shirts.

We're testing/trying your R2O water based inks, and are looking at using a flash dyer just for testing purposes. Will this work? Do you have any procedural recommendations for this?

I know this is old but, I have a question and hopefully I can get an answer.  I don't have a conveyor dryer, I use a Flash Dryer because I am just starting off.

I have it set about 3-4 inches above the shirt and use a temp gun. Thing is, temp on shirt reaches 320 degrees fairly quickly.  I've read that I should cure for upto 50 seconds, mine are reaching 320 after only 20-30 seconds and then I have steam coming off the shirt. I don't want to burn them.  Is it cured if I get to 320 that fast? Or do I need to adjust something to give it more time? Thanks.
